Building Groups

From a Google Doc go to 'Share'



From the Share Screen go to Choose Contacts


Start typing each name you want in the group in the space next to the magnifying glass.


Click on the name you want from the list and look to see it added to the bottom box


Once you have all of the name you want click on the box 'Save as Group' and choose a name for the group. You can now just pick that group when want to send a mass email, or to share a doc.
